Buying art from me should feel safe!

I want you to be happy with your new piece of art! If you for some reason do not like the item or simply change your mind when receiving it, you are free to send it back.

Please read through our sale and refund conditions, that are made to be as easy and convinient as possible.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your artwork. If you for any reason are not satiesfied with your purchase, you can return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged item

Please contact us immediately if the artwork has been damaged during transport. All artwork priced over 100 euros has been insured, but photo documentations will be needed.

Damaged items should be returned to us, and we will refund it, including shipping costs.

Refund of non-damaged item

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days. A confirmation will be emailed you.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded on same conditions as items at regular price.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the artwork was damaged when you received it).

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive it.
