Alpujarra Sky I

The amazing skylight here where I live in the mountains of Alpujarra, Andalucia, is the inspiration for this little picture. I love the views from our farm, and how it is changing moment by moment.

I have used scraps and recycled fabric pieces in linen, cotton and silk, which has been dyed in blue and black acrylic colours. The picture is stitched onto navy blue cotton, and mounted onto a canvas frame. Signed and ready to hand on the wall.
